60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Swarva. If you are not satisfied with your eligible order, contact us at hello@swarva.com within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date and we will help you under our money-back guarantee.
Refund requests submitted after 60 days from confirmed delivery are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee, unless required by law. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and other carrier or government fees are not refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.
We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, reseller activity, repeated guarantee claims, or misuse of the policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
•Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date.
•Requests made after 60 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved, unless required by law.
•All returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Please email hello@swarva.com before sending anything back.
•Opened or used products may be eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. In some cases, returns of opened items may be subject to a restocking fee where permitted by law. We will always confirm any applicable return requirements before processing your refund.
•Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.
Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 60-day window from the confirmed delivery date, unless required by law.
Non-Eligible Refunds
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
•Refund requests submitted outside of the 60-day guarantee period.
•Obvious misuse of the product.
•Fraud, abuse, reseller activity, repeated guarantee claims, or misuse of this policy.
•Multiple refund requests from the same customer.
•Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the initial 60-day window, except where required by law or where the refund is due to our error.
•Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 60-day period has passed.
No exceptions are made beyond the 60-day money-back guarantee, unless required by law.
Subscriptions
If your order includes a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew unless paused or cancelled. Your subscription renews according to the billing cadence, product quantity, and price shown at the time of purchase. Depending on the offer you select, this may be every 30 days, every 60 days, or another cadence clearly shown before checkout.
By submitting your initial order, you expressly agree to the terms of the auto-renewal offer and understand that your subscription will continue until you pause or cancel it.
Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, pausing, or cancelling their subscription prior to renewal. Failure to pause or cancel a subscription before the next scheduled renewal date does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Subscription renewals that occur after the initial 60-day guarantee window are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law or where the refund is due to our error.
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge, you must pause or cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by logging into your customer portal on the Swarva website or by contacting our team at hello@swarva.com. If you contact support before your renewal date but your request is not processed before the renewal charge, we will review the timestamp of your request and help resolve the issue.
Cancellation requests received after a renewal has already processed may apply to the following subscription period if the order has already entered processing or shipped.
Billing Information
You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing account current, including changes in billing address, credit card number, or expiration date. Changes to such information can be made through the customer portal.

Cancellation Policy (Pre-Shipment)
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may have already entered processing, and we may not be able to make changes.
If cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@swarva.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@swarva.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or process a refund where appropriate.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive for fast, reliable delivery, some delays may be caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@swarva.com with your order number and tracking details. We may ask you to check with the carrier or confirm your shipping address, but our support team will review the situation and help you find the best available resolution.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Swarva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help where possible.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, all transactions are monitored for fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders and may request verification before shipping.
International Orders
At this time, all international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.
